Here a new double bombing kills a number of innocent people and injures tens, in the context of a series of explosions targeting several areas, from Beirut and its suburbs to Tripoli, Hermel and others, and people from all factions without exception fell victim. Previously, we issued releases about earlier similar events, confirming the prohibition of targeting peaceful civilians with their children, women, elderly and men.
