Announcement of Khilafah by ISIS: Real Establishment of Khilafah will change the world order

After the announcement of Khilafah by ISIS in Iraq, Muslims around the world are in dilemma whether Khilafah state actually has been established or this announcement is just rhetoric. Muslims must know that any group which has to announce the Khilafah in a place is obligated to follow the Methodology of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in it, and from it is that this group should have the obvious visible authority on the place, where it can maintain security internally and externally, and that this place should have what constitutes a state where the Khilafah is announced....This is what the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم performed when he established the Islamic State in Madina Al-Munawarra: the authority was with the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and the internal and external security was with Muslims and they had what constitutes a state in the surrounding area.
The group that has announced the Caliphate has neither authority, in either Syria or Iraq, nor does it has the capability to maintain peace and security internally or externally, they have given allegiance to a Khalifah who cannot even publicly declare himself, rather his situation has remained secretive, similar to the situation that was before the state was announced and this is contradictory to what the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم did. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم was permitted to hide in the Thawr Cave before the state was formed, but after the state was formed, he took care of the affairs of the people, led the armies, judged in disputes and sent messengers to others and accepted them from others publicly, thus his situation before and after the state was different. This is why the announcement of the group about the state is mere rhetoric and has no weight in it.
The Khilafah is a state of magnificence, and the Shariah has stipulated the methodology to establish it and the manner in how the rules would be extracted for ruling, politics, economics and international relations....and it will not be a mere announcement in name only, which is broadcast on the websites or print and televised media, rather it will be an event that will shake the whole world, and its roots will be strong and established on the ground, its authority will maintain peace and security internally and externally on that land and it will implement Islam within it and will carry Islam to the world through Dawah and Jihad.
It is very unfortunate that this announcement will create negative consequences with regard to the idea of Khilafah among the simple minded people. An announcement without any real substance will erode the significance of Khilafah in the hearts of simple people and it will remain no more than a beautiful word, uttered with pride but devoid of any substance. At this time as the establishment of the Khilafah comes closer than ever before and the Muslims are waiting for it eagerly, and they are seeing Hizb ut-Tahrir progressing in the path of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in how he established the state in Madina al Munawarra... This announcement was made, for the purpose of giving a picture of the Khilafah as if it were a police state in the minds of the simple minded people...
So every Muslim group must work for the establishment of Khilafah in order to fulfill the command of its establishment by following the method of Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. And it can only be established by following the methodology of Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Assalamu Alaikum.

Going by your standards Medina, at the time of establishment of Islamic State , was not secure both internally and externally. The superpowers of that time Persian and Roman Empires were much more powerful that USA and western powers are at this time. Yet Prophet S.A.W. established the state and while doing so he was divinely guided.
Regarding the methodology you are taking , that is derived by HT based on their understanding of text.
Regarding security , let us for sake of argument assume HT gets nusra from Pakistan Army. The immediate threats it has from India , China , Russia and yes 'Islamic' republic of Iran ..all nuclear armed countries and whose armies are much more powerful and bigger than Pakistan Army. And then USA and other western powers who already have presence around this land and can strike at will as they have demonstrated. Then how can you accept nusrah from such state that is vulnerable ?
So again the issue here is your standards of assessing based on various factors can differ with other organizations who have their own standards of measuring security. Why should they agree with your standards which anyway are not absolute.
You always say Khilafah will bring security and at same time you say without security there cannot be Khilafah.
While the contribution of HT in this matter is immense but i would like to remind you here HT is not the only organization that championed this cause as HT claims. Much prior 1953 , there were various groups who have given their blood and sweat to this cause.
To summarize , HT has its view so do the other groups and their view also comes from understanding of that text .
Wa'salam

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
